Bottom mounts are attached to the bottom of the drawer and side of the cabinet. Meanwhile, undermounts are two slides attached to the underneath (invisible) of the drawer and side of the cabinet.
How does an undermount drawer slide work?
When you close the drawer, the slide very efficiently and quietly closes the drawer and keeps it that way. These allow adjustment of the drawer up and down within the opening. They also allow adjustment side to side. They will also adjust how far in and out the drawer goes.
