Techniques for Preventing Pasta from Sticking

1. Stir it constantly for the first few minutes
2. check to see that the water is boiling vigorously
3. finish cooking it in the sauce
4. and serve immediately.
5. Add the pasta to the sauce as soon as it has finished cooking
6. cook until the pasta is al dente.
7. Once it’s been cooked, don’t let it sit in the water for too long
8. don’t let it sit in the colander for too long
